1. Select the item you want to design.
2. Choose your product options from the drop-down menu.
3. Purchase the blank item to initiate the design process.
4. You'll receive an email from Artwear Collective with instructions on how to upload your art file.
5. Upload your image file in JPG, PNG or TIFF format.
6. We'll send you a mock-up image of your product for approval.
7. Once you approve the design and return the email, production will begin immediately. Please note that orders are non-refundable after this point.
8. Your items will be handmade to order. Please carefully review all product information, size charts, and details before confirming your order.

Note: We do not modify designs. Our system may reject files that are unsuitable for printing due to size, quality, resolution, or other issues. This ensures the best possible print, but please be aware that these warnings are automated and may not catch all potential design problems.

Example: Our tools cannot detect if an image's resolution has been artificially increased (e.g., from 72 dpi to 200 dpi). The underlying image quality remains the same. Please ensure you upload high-resolution images for optimal printing results.

Aim for 200 DPI (dots per inch) or higher as a safe bet for crisp and professional-looking leather prints.

Additional factors to consider:

Warning: Lower resolutions might result in visible pixelation or blurry prints.

Image size: Larger images naturally need higher resolutions to maintain quality when scaled down for printing.

Image complexity: Photos with intricate details or fine lines might require higher resolutions than simpler designs.

Leather type: Different leathers might have different levels of graininess or texture that could affect how image details translate.

You can still change or cancel your order free of charge before approving your design. We handmake and personalise every item to order, investing in ink, transfer paper, materials, and labour from the very start. Therefore, once you approve your design, we regret that refunds are no longer possible.

We do our best to produce as soon as possible (usually 1-3 days) though for large order these times might increase slightly.  Delivery times start after manufacturing. (1-5 working days).

Saturday delivery: mind production time when placing your order, or best check with us on Chat as we may be able to prioritise your order.

International delivery usually arrive within 1-2 week on average. Additional info on delivery.

Invoices are not included when shipping in the UK though we include Customs documents for orders shipped outside the EU.

We can ship worldwide. Delivery costs show on each product's page. 

If you have several items in your cart, delivery fees will vary with the types/number of products.

When ordering on our UK website with a delivery address in the USA, there might be custom and administration fees which we do not cover.

You will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Check your spam folder if you haven't received any email. Best practice: add us to your contact list.

We usually send order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails that may contain tracking information directly.

If a tracking number is available, you can copy and paste it into the tracking website of the courier company handling the shipment (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, DHL). This will provide more detailed tracking information, including current location and delivery updates.

Production Time: We strive to produce and dispatch your order in 1-3 days.

You are solely responsible for guaranteeing you have the necessary rights to use any uploaded images. This means ensuring you own the image, have full permission from the creator, or are using it within appropriate legal limits. We highly recommend only uploading images you've created yourself or for which you possess verifiable permission.

We are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from your uploaded artwork. While we provide tools and guidelines to assist you, the ultimate responsibility for legal compliance lies with you.

We reserve the right to remove any content, including images, that violates our terms of service or any applicable laws. This safeguard protects both you and other users from potential legal complications.

We strictly require that you own the copyright to any image you upload. Using non-original images without permission could have legal consequences, and we cannot take responsibility for those.

While our digital previews offer a good representation of your final product, there may be slight variations in the finished piece due to variations in material and printing processes.

Different materials like china, metal, cotton, and leather can interact with colours and textures in unique ways, leading to subtle changes in the final appearance.

While we strive for the highest colour accuracy, printing technologies may introduce discrepancies compared to your digital preview.

To ensure the best possible outcome, please carefully review your uploaded artwork for resolution before finalizing your order.

We continuously refine our previews to be as realistic and informative as possible, providing you with the best possible understanding of how your design will translate into a tangible product.

Please be aware that complex patterns may not translate perfectly due to potential material limitations and inherent sheet cutting and folding processes during production.
